SUPERPOBYT Worldwide

Global Network Policy

This corporate policy defines the uncompromising standards for the protection of assets, intellectual property and digital content of SUPERPOBYT Worldwide. These provisions are legally binding for all partners, subcontractors, employees and branches within our global network.

27 binding provisions Legally enforceable Global jurisdiction
14 min read
Section I.

Absolute protection of intellectual property and assets

All digital and creative assets of SUPERPOBYT Worldwide - texts, visuals, audio, localization and multimedia - are considered the inalienable core of our global content. These provisions ensure that no third party can take over, license, copy or derive our assets without our express consent. Every pixel, every word and every itinerary bear the identity of SUPERPOBYT Worldwide and remain under the absolute control of our company. This standard applies to all content created within the DEMDERAW PRO LTD group and to all entities that cooperate with this group - partners, subcontractors, employees, branches and franchisees.

This section forms the legal foundation of the entire policy: it unambiguously defines ownership, prohibits any form of unauthorized takeover, and introduces technical and legal tools (cryptographic watermarks, immediate DMCA enforcement, geographic fencing, AI auditing) that enable us to prove and stop any infringement on a global scale. Active monitoring of the black market, dark web and unauthorized sales channels runs 24/7 and every proven infringement triggers an automated response with no possibility of amicable resolution.

  1. 01

    Exclusive ownership of digital assets

All text, visuals, audio, multimedia, code, databases, data structures, algorithms and design created under the SUPERPOBYT Worldwide brand remain our exclusive property and may not be copied, licensed, redistributed, modified, decompiled or reverse engineered without written consent issued by an authorized representative. This protection applies to all content created in connection with the platform - catalog, host profile, API responses, widgets, emails, marketing materials, templates and documentation - and is independent of the place of creation, language or format.

  2. 02

Strict prohibition of scraping and reverse engineering

Any automated data collection, web scraping, content indexing, HTML parsing, data extraction via API beyond the permitted limit, opening of robots.txt-disallowed paths or analysis of our proprietary algorithms and pricing models by third parties is strictly prohibited and will be enforced through the courts, including lawsuits for unauthorized use of a work and unfair competition. Rate limiting and anomaly detection are enforced technically; violation leads to immediate IP and account blocking.

  3. 03

    Protection of localized content

All language versions, cultural adaptations and itinerary translations are protected as independent intellectual property - protection applies to each language version separately under the Berne Convention and WIPO. Creating a translation or adaptation of SUPERPOBYT content into another language without a license is a copyright infringement, even if the translation is modified or abbreviated. Sharing, sharing-translations or paraphrasing localized content in a commercial context is also an infringement and triggers enforcement.

  4. 04

Immediate transfer of user-generated content (UGC)

All reviews, photographs, videos, feedback, comments and other content uploaded by users to our platforms immediately and permanently become the property of our company without the right to revoke, license fee or compensation - in accordance with the registration terms and General Terms. This transfer is worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable and sub-licensable, and allows us to edit, translate, thumbnail, index and distribute the content across our services and partners without further user consent.

  5. 05

    Embargo on licensing to competitors

Competing travel networks, accommodation platforms and distribution systems are strictly prohibited from quoting, using, paraphrasing, referring to or indexing our unique package descriptions, itineraries and destinations - including SEO keywords, meta tags and structured data (schema.org). This embargo also applies to content created by derivation of our texts and to content that refers to our content in a way that unfairly exploits our reputation (passing off) - in violation of unfair competition law.

  6. 06

    Embedded cryptographic watermarks

All visual assets, promotional media, video and audio contain hidden cryptographic watermarks (steganography, perceptual hashing) and metadata (EXIF, IPTC, XMP) that unambiguously prove ownership even in the event of unauthorized redistribution, modification or removal of the visible logo. These watermarks are permanent, not removable by conventional means and serve as evidence in court proceedings. In case of unauthorized use, we can prove the origin of the content even after modification and use the evidence in DMCA and court enforcement.

  7. 07

    Zero-tolerance DMCA enforcement

We immediately take international legal action to remove hosting services (DMCA takedown notices, EUCD notices), block any platform and claim damages from the entity that infringes our copyright - with no possibility of amicable resolution in case of intentional or commercial infringement. Enforcement includes: takedown notices to hosting providers, notices to search engines (Google DMCA), notices to social networks, unfair competition lawsuits, copyright infringement lawsuits and criminal complaints. Each enforcement action is recorded and the results are shared within the DEMDERAW PRO LTD group for prevention.

Section II.

Network security, distribution and exclusivity

Our distribution network is encrypted, geographically fenced and continuously audited so that content never leaks outside authorized channels. Access to global distribution systems (GDS) is provided exclusively on a non-transferable basis and each partner channel is subject to strict brand safety rules. This section forms the technological defense of our ecosystem - from data encryption through access control to real-time threat monitoring.

Dynamic encryption of prices and unique texts makes it difficult for competitors to track our offers, geographic fencing prevents the transfer of content between regions, AI auditing detects suspicious mass copying in real time and unannounced partner audits ensure compliance. Together they form a multi-layered technical defense of our distribution ecosystem, in line with ISO 27001, SOC 2 and industry best practices.

  1. 08

    Restricted exclusive API access

Access to our global distribution systems (GDS) and platform API is provided on the basis of strict, non-transferable exclusivity bound to a specific partner and specific use case. API keys are tokenized, bound to domain, IP whitelist and specific user; sharing, selling or transferring a key is prohibited and leads to immediate blocking. Rate limiting is enforced (requests per second, per day, per month) and anomalies are detected automatically. If misuse is suspected, access is immediately suspended and the partner must prove themselves.

  2. 09

    Prohibition of cross-branding

Contractual partners may not display SUPERPOBYT Worldwide content on the same web pages together with products of direct competitors, to maintain brand purity and avoid brand confusion. This prohibition applies to all display formats - catalog, widget, API response, iframe, white-label - and to all channels (web, mobile app, email, print). If the partner displays competitive content, they must create a separate page or subdomain for SUPERPOBYT content and must not combine visual identities.

  3. 10

Dynamic encryption of prices and texts

Our dynamic pricing algorithms, unique itinerary texts, accommodation descriptions and strategic offers are strongly encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) to block competitors' tools for tracking, copying and reverse engineering pricing strategies. In addition to encryption, content is protected by tokenization (prices are generated dynamically based on session), canary tokens (fake unique texts for copy detection) and honeypots (fake pages for scraper detection). If copying is proven, we trigger enforcement.

  4. 11

    Geographically fenced content distribution

Content created for a specific regional market (English, Czech, Slovak, German, regional English) may not be redistributed in other geographic locations without prior written consent, thereby protecting local pricing and content strategies and preventing market cannibalization. Geographic fencing is enforced technically (GeoIP detection, DNS routing, regional API endpoints) and legally (contractual clauses). If a partner displays content in the wrong region, the content is disconnected and the partner is sanctioned.

  5. 12

    AI-driven access auditing

Every login, system view, API call and content download in our partner zones is monitored by artificial intelligence to detect suspicious behavior associated with mass copying, data exfiltration, anomalous access or unauthorized sharing. AI detects: unusual access patterns, downloading larger volumes than is normal, access from unusual geographies or IPs, combinations of unusual queries. If an anomaly is detected, access is temporarily suspended, the partner is informed and the case is investigated. Audit logs are retained for 10 years and are available to authorities.

  6. 13

    Brand safety mandate

Our premium content must never be displayed on platforms with a low level of security (no HTTPS, known vulnerabilities), with questionable ethical practices (human rights violations, human trafficking, money laundering) or with inappropriate contextual surroundings (obscene content, violence, gambling, political propaganda). The partner undertakes to maintain their platform in accordance with our standards and, if inappropriate context is found, the content is disconnected. This mandate is part of the contract and its violation is a serious contractual breach.

Section III.

Confidentiality, know-how and trade secrets

Our methodology, data and talented people are protected above industry standards so that competitors never gain access to our know-how. The processes for creating global itineraries, profiling customer preferences, pricing algorithms and developing new destinations take place in isolated, secured environments. This section protects the most valuable intangible assets of the group.

Non-disclosure agreements with severe financial penalties, prohibition of poaching key talent, isolation of research sandboxes and permanent classification of trade secrets form an impenetrable protective layer around our intellectual capital. No part of our know-how may reach competitors even after the end of cooperation - the protection persists without time limitation.

  1. 14

    Permanent protection of travel know-how

The specific methodology for creating our global itineraries, including data sources, destination selection algorithms, curation processes, preference profiling and partner contracts, is classified as a strict trade secret. Access to the know-how is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis and every access is logged. Leakage or attempted leakage of trade secrets is a criminal offense and is prosecutable without a statute of limitations. The company actively monitors the market to detect unauthorized use.

  2. 15

    Draconian NDA requirements

All employees, contractors, partners and consultants with access to the content management system (CMS), API, data or know-how must sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) containing severe financial penalties for any information leak - typically EUR 100,000 per incident plus damages. The NDA lasts at least 5 years after the end of cooperation and includes a non-compete clause, non-solicitation clause and non-poaching clause. In case of violation, the company enforces the penalty and damages and possibly files a criminal complaint.

  3. 16

    Isolation of customer data profiles

Information about users' travel preferences, search history, booking patterns and personal data is secured above GDPR standards - encryption at rest and in transit, pseudonymization, network segmentation, strict access control, anomaly monitoring and regular audits - to block customer poaching and profiling by competitors. Access to customer data is on a need-to-know basis and is logged; in case of unauthorized access or leak, the incident is reported within 72 hours under Art. 33 GDPR and an investigation is initiated. The company also implements differential privacy for analytics.

  4. 17

    Prohibition of poaching key talent

Partner networks, vendors and competing entities are legally prohibited from approaching, recruiting, employing or offering a contract to content and product managers, curators, developers and key experts of SUPERPOBYT Worldwide for the duration of the contract and after its termination (typically 24 months). This prohibition is enforced contractually and its violation leads to damages and possibly a criminal complaint. The prohibition is designed in accordance with applicable laws and does not prohibit regular job ads, only targeted outreach to specific individuals. The goal is to protect the continuity and stability of the key team.

  5. 18

    Legacy content management

Archived versions of our offers, historical marketing campaigns, discontinued packages, older language versions and previous designs remain fully protected by the same guidelines as current content - no 'old' content is released into the public domain or licensed. Legacy content is archived in a secured repository with controlled access and serves for record-keeping, legal defense and possible restoration. If legacy content is published unauthorizedly, it is enforced just as with current content - the protection knows no time limit.

  6. 19

    R&D sandbox isolation

All upcoming tourist destinations, experimental packages, new language versions, AI models and prototypes must be developed in secured, non-indexed sandbox environments outside public access and search engines (robots.txt disallow, noindex meta tag, authenticated access). The sandbox is isolated from the production network, has its own access control and is monitored. If content leaks from the sandbox (e.g. accidental publication, employee leak), the content is immediately taken down and the case is investigated. The goal is to protect the innovation pipeline and prevent competitors from prematurely gaining information about strategic directions.

Section IV.

Sanctions, enforcement and legal consequences

Violation of any of these 27 principles is enforced immediately, automatically and globally - with no possibility of compensation, deferral or vague agreement. Sanctions are activated automatically, jurisdiction is concentrated in our international arbitration court and all legal fees are borne by the violating party. This section forms the strong defensive line of SUPERPOBYT Worldwide against any misuse of our content and network.

From automated contractual penalties through unannounced audits to the permanent survival of rights even after the end of a business relationship, every violation has clear, enforceable and global consequences. Global monitoring of the black market, dark web and unauthorized channels runs 24/7 and every proven infringement is recorded and shared within the DEMDERAW PRO LTD group to prevent recurrence.

  1. 20

    Automated contractual penalties

Any proven violation of content or network integrity automatically triggers immediate financial penalties defined in our global schedule (typically EUR 10,000-100,000 per incident), without the need for further court proceedings - the penalty is contractually applicable and enforceable through arbitration. The schedule is continuously updated and is available to partners under the contract. If the penalty is not paid within 30 days, it is increased by late interest and referred for enforcement.

  2. 21

    Exclusive choice of jurisdiction

All disputes relating to this global policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of our designated international arbitration court (ICC Paris, LCIA London or similar), thereby excluding local court disputes and ensuring speed, expertise and consistency of decisions. The arbitration clause is designed in accordance with the New York Convention and is enforceable in 169 countries. If the arbitration clause is not enforceable in a particular jurisdiction, the competent courts apply.

  3. 22

    Immediate termination without compensation

Violation of any of these 27 provisions gives SUPERPOBYT Worldwide the right to immediately and without compensation terminate all active partner contracts, suspend API and content access and withdraw all our content from the violator's platforms. The termination is announced in writing and takes effect without undue delay. If the violation caused damage, damages are additionally claimed and possibly a criminal complaint is filed.

  4. 23

    Third-party liability for leaks

Partners who, through negligence or intent, enable a content leak bear full financial responsibility for lost profits, brand damage, remediation costs, legal representation costs and possible authority sanctions. This liability is enforceable both contractually and in tort and is not limited to the amount of the contractual penalty. If the leak was caused by the partner's subcontractor, the partner and subcontractor are jointly and severally liable.

  5. 24

    Global black market monitoring

Our security teams actively monitor online forums, unauthorized sales channels, auction platforms (eBay, Alibaba), sharing networks, torrents, the dark web and paste sites for license and content abuse. Monitoring runs 24/7 using specialized tools (crawlers, AI detection, perceptual hashing) and partnerships with anti-piracy organizations. If unauthorized content is detected, enforcement is triggered - DMCA takedown, hosting notice, lawsuit.

  6. 25

    Full recovery of legal fees

In successful enforcement actions, the violating party must cover all costs of our investigation, expert opinions, legal representation, court fees and arbitration fees - in full and without limitation. This provision is contractually enforceable and is designed to deter strategic lawsuits and abuse of the legal system. If the violator refuses to pay, the recovery is enforced through execution proceedings.

  7. 26

    Unannounced content audits

SUPERPOBYT Worldwide reserves the right to audit partner digital platforms at any time and without prior notice - including the website, mobile app, API, database and source code - to verify compliance with this policy. The audit is conducted by an authorized company auditor or an independent auditor and the partner must provide full access and cooperation. If the audit is refused, the contract is considered breached and terminated.

  8. 27

    Permanent survival of rights

The end of any business relationship does not end our protection of content and intellectual property; all asset and IP restrictions remain in force indefinitely - copyright protection lasts 70 years after the author's death, trade secret protection is permanent and contractual restrictions survive even after the contract ends. The partner must, even after the end of cooperation, protect confidential information and not use our content. This provision is designed so that the protection is permanent and independent of the duration of the contract.

Binding nature and undertaking

By accessing the platforms, content or partner zones of SUPERPOBYT Worldwide, each party confirms that they have read all 27 provisions of this Global Network Policy and unconditionally accepts them. These provisions prevail over any local terms of the partner and remain in force even after the end of cooperation.
